Once you have been to a few events and got to know us, you can get involved with taking part in leading/helping at events and making things happen.
It is really usual for Generation Hope young people to, for example, lead training activities and sessions for the adult volunteers at our Annual Conference. Some lead drug awareness workshops, or help at detached drug education stands.
Some young people lead activities at our residential weekends, others help with catering.
A few young people are members of the Youth Council, deciding the direction of Generation Hope, and their Chair is a trustee of Hope UK.
Once you have started to be involved with Generation Hope, talk to one of the youth workers and they can help you find ways to be involved.
Doing educational activities with Generation Hope is a fantastic way to build your confidence and interpersonal skills whilst also fighting for and promoting a good message and helping others.
